Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. All deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. We allow up to two rescheduled appointments. Clients will not be rescheduled a third time unless service costs are paid in full. All monies will NOT be refunded if client cancels or attempts to reschedule (NO EXCEPTIONS!!).
