Please note that this is ONLY to REQUEST your appointment. Although you will get a text or email confirmation saying your appointment is booked, it is still a request. All appointments requested will be confirmed by text along with the deposit amount required to book your appointment. Deposit amount ($) varies. If you do not get a text confirming your appointment with The Xtension Lounge in 24 hours, please call 647-352-9103 or send a message through the website. Thank you!
All appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance or a cancelation fee will be applied. Any deposits paid will NOT be returned and will NOT be transferred to any future services. Appointments canceled the day before will forfeit deposit . Same day cancelations will be up to 75% of the appointment price. Penalty cost must be paid in full before scheduling another appointment.
The Xtension Lounge reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointments made. If the stylist cancels appointment, all deposits will be refunded.
