Your appointment is a request and not a confirmed booking. Although you will get a text and email confirmation saying your appointment is booked, it is still a request. Please wait for your appointment to be accepted via text or email, as well as the deposit amount required. Thank you ❤️.
All appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance or a cancelation fee will be applied. Any deposits paid will NOT be returned and will NOT be transferred to any future services. Appointments canceled the day before will forfeit deposit . Same day cancelations will be up to 75% of the appointment price. Penalty cost must be paid in full before scheduling another appointment.
The Xtension Lounge reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointments made. If the stylist cancels appointment, all deposits will be refunded.
