Late & Cancelation Policy 

We value your time and structure our services down to the exact time so please be on time. All appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance or a cancelation fee will be applied. Any deposits paid will NOT be returned and will NOT be transferred to any future services. Appointments canceled the day before will forfeit their deposit . Same day cancelations will  be subjected to up to 75% of the appointment price. Penalty cost must be paid in full before scheduling another appointment. 

The Xtension Lounge reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointments made. If the stylist cancels appointment, all deposits will be refunded.

Return Policy

NO REFUNDS on service labour. We do offer a 7 day "fix it window". Please notify within 7 calender days to received a complimentary adjustment appointment.

Due to strict health, safety and sanitary regulations, all hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer cash, debit, or credit card refunds under any circumstances.  Unopened exchange ONLY. We gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
