Once your order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days to process. If items are in stock, they will be shipped out as soon as payment is processed.
Express Shipping
You will get an email or text with a tracking number once your order is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number that means your order has not yet been shipped. Shipping time is approximately business days.
Standard Shipping
You will get a text or an email once your order has been shipped. Shipping time is 5-10 business days.
As long as your items are in stock, you have the option to pick up your order at our Scarborough location (2678 Eglinton Ave. East). Orders can be picked up Monday - Thursday 9am-7pm, Friday 9am-8pm, and Saturday 10am-6pm. You can schedule a pick up at least 7 days in advance with a 30 minute window.

You have the option to still place your order when items are backordered. However, shipping time will take longer than the standard 2-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number.
Ready Made Wigs
Once payment is processed, wigs that don’t require any customizing will be shipped out as soon as possible. Shipping will take approximately 2-5 business days. Ready made wigs that do require customizing will take approximately 5-12 business days for shipping.
CUSTOMIZED WIGS
After payment is processed, shipping time is approximately 7-14 business days. If you do not see an option to order a customized wig, that means we are currently overwhelmed with orders. However, if you would like to be placed on our waiting list, please send us a message with your name, email, contact number and a brief description. Once we are able to start your wig, you will be contacted.
There are NO refunds on ANY items purchased online or in person. There are NO exchange on ANY wigs. Please make sure you take proper measurements when placing a wig order. Hair extensions and products can be exchanged within 14 business days as long as they are in the same condition as purchased. All tags and sticker must still be in tact. Satin bags must also be in the same condition. Customers are responsible for paying any shipping costs to return items for exchange. You can also exchange online orders at store location. You MUST confirm a time before coming. Any items shipped for return that were not in proper condition will not be exchanged. In fact, customer will be responsible to pay standard shipping costs to reship order back to them.
